Please no parties, events, or gatherings. Hosting will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund or additional accommodations provided. Communication with the host is available between 8am and 8pm. Emergency after hours information will be shared after booking. Please DO NOT tamper with any pool equipment. Doing so will result in a minimum $150 fee in addition to repair/service charges. Please report any issues with the pool to your hosts. Please no fireworks, explosives, or pyrotechnics of any kind. Use of any will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund or additional accommodations provided. Late checkout without confirmation from the host will incur a $75 charge. We really enjoyed our stay in Tucson. The house was very comfortable and the space was perfect for my family. We liked hanging out and cooking in the spacious, well appointed kitchen. We also liked getting out and checking out the surrounding areas. Sabino Canyon wasn’t too far and we had nice weather for outdoor activities. The Botanical Garden was also a highlight. Saguaro National Park was a beautiful experience as well. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are back in Tucson.

Beautiful, clean comfortable house. Lots of room, lovely decor and amenities. Nice extra touches like big pool towels and a lovely outdoor area. Very well maintained and designed. We will definitely be back! Gorgeous views of the mountains all around and close to shopping and restaurants. We went to a little Mexican place on our first night called La Frida Mexican Grill - it was delicious!! And open til 10pm. Very nice experience all around.

The house was clean. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool after long HOT days moving our son into his dorm at University of Arizona. It was a perfect stay at this lovely home!
