ABSOLUTELY NO parties, or events! Family gatherings with additional guests outside of the the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to booking! Hosting unauthorized groups will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund or additional accommodations provided. If the owner or manager is made aware of a party or guest count that exceeds the reservation, a $500 party fee will be assessed and billed to the guest. Please DO NOT tamper with any pool equipment. Doing so will result in a minimum $150 fee in addition to repair/service charges. Please report any issues with the pool to your hosts. No fireworks, explosives, or pyrotechnics of any kind. Use of any will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund or additional accommodations provided. Unauthorized late checkout/early checkin subject to $75 fee. We understand that life happens. This property was absolutely stunning. Even better than the photos. We used the grill which was very nice, the house was fully equipped with high end pots and pans, and the cabinets were stocked with cups, plates, and bowls. There were 2 coffee pots and coffee available in the home for us. The pool was amazing and clean and the back yard was our favorite place. The view was perfect! We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from the back porch. The landscaping right in the front yard was so beautiful that we even took family photos there from the trip! The entryway featured a garage door opener and a welcome board with wifi and a list of favorite restaurants in the area! The garbage disposal needed to be reset and a handyman was sent out within half of an hour. The property management team was available to us day and night and were so quick to answer any questions. We will definitely use this property again in the future and recommend to any and everyone!
