My husband Bill and I rented Bruce and Laurie’s home for three months, April-June. We felt at home right away because the house was well equipped, nicely and comfortably furnished and very clean and neat. All the appliances worked well. The internet and streaming services worked very well too. We loved the location for nice long walks, bike rides, proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and our family. I loved being 5 minutes from the Oro Valley Community and Recreation center for Pickleball games, pool and classroom exercises and meeting new people! The view is beautiful and right on the 9th fairway of the golf course. Lots of activity to watch while enjoying morning coffee or a meal on the back patio.
We had no significant issues with the property during our stay, but any inquiry we had was answered very quickly by Bruce and Roadrunner, his management team.
We would stay here again and highly recommend the property. Thank you Bruce and Laurie!

Casa linda, bem decorada, muito espaçosa, cozinha e quartos excelentes, garagem grande, bem equipada e com indicações claras nos interruptores. As fotos refletem com perfeição a realidade da casa. Linda vista para as montanhas com belos contrastes ao nascer e pôr do sol e belas formações de arco-íris no período das monções. Muitos pássaros.
Rua silenciosa, limpa, bem cuidada e ótimos vizinhos. Fica próximo a farmácia, supermercado e posto de combustível.
Proprietários e gerente entram regularmente em contato para saber se tudo está correndo bem e respondem rapidamente a qualquer necessidade.
Nos sentimos como se estivéssemos em nossa própria casa e com muita vontade de permanecer.

My wife and i wanted to try out living in a desert golf course community for a few months...this home was perfect for that and we greatly enjoyed our stay in all respects. The El Conquistador facilities and the Oro Valley Community Center are within a short walk and offered short term memberships that allowed us to use to course, tennis/pool/pickleball and the nearby Pusch Ridge course seamlessly as members. The home is beautiful, well appointed and with wonderful views of the mountains and the course from the deck. The owners / manager are responsive and maintain the home in perfect condition. The home exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend this home.

This home literally has everything one needs for a month long stay. The description and photos are very accurate. The windows allow for the viewing of the sunrise which was a pleasant surprise. Location is so convenient.

Should you find yourself fortunate enough to stay in this beautiful home during monsoon season, be prepared to enjoy dramatic mountain views with double rainbows on a regular basis. If you are coming in the tucson area and are looking at this review right now. I highly recommend Bruce's house. Its absolutely gorgeous and super spacious. It has all the needed amenities plus so much more. You will feel at home while looking at an incredible view of the mountains and golf course. I really cant say enlugh about the place and Bruce was always responsive and help with any needs i had.
