This studio shares a wall with a second one bedroom unit, which can be booked in combo check out our other listing! Also please note that there is a full time tenant in the main house.

She will give you full privacy, but if you say hello she is very friendly! *Please note there is a shared wall with the apartment next door. The patio and laundry is shared as well.
